Record attendance confirmed for UK’s Largest Triathlon Show

Runners, Swimmers and Cyclists from across the country gathered at London’s ExCeL from 12 – 15 February to visit the UK’s largest triathlon Show.

The Triathlon Show: London – Driven by SEAT, which co-located with The London Bike Show and The Telegraph Outdoor Adventure & Travel Show, attracted 50,271 visitors, an 11% increase year on year. All three events are organised by Telegraph Events.

Catering for triathletes of all abilities, the event showcased top brands, provided expert training assessments and welcomed some of the biggest names in the sport. Exhibitors at the Show included Zone3, High5, Brooks, Alton Sports, 2-Pure, Mailsports, 2XU, HUUB, RunBreeze and many more.

The Show offered visitors the opportunity to meet and hear from their triathlon heroes, as a stellar line up of speakers graced the Tri Experts Theatre in association with High5 Sports Nutrition. Stage presenter, Tri247’s John Levison, was joined in a special public appearance by World Champions and Olympian’s Alistair and Jonny Brownlee, who spoke about their experience of working with SEAT on the Leon X-PERIENCE Tri Another Way Challenge and the season ahead, four time Ironman World Champion Chrissie Wellington, “Queen of Kona” Paula Newby-Fraser, and pro-triathletes Helen Jenkins and Lucy Gossage.

Following the launch of the successful Triathlon Plus Show in 2014, this was the first time the rebranded event had taken place. After securing partnerships with key organisations including IMG, organiser of the UK’s two largest triathlons, Ironman, Tri247.com and Triathlon England, it is well positioned as the premier event for the triathlon industry.
